Our revised approach to planning your wedding blends our industry-leading commitment to customer service with even more transparency and efficiency so you can actually enjoy your engagement!
• Ideation & Concept Development: The first 60 days is spent getting to know you and your fiancé as my team begins brainstorming how to best tell your love story to your wedding guests.
• THREE Virtual Wedding Walkthroughs: After the first 60 days, Shaun will present 3 unique virtual walkthroughs of what your wedding day could look like.
• Detailed Planning & Budgeting: Once a wedding walkthrough is selected, a customized planning timeline will be uploaded into your client portal, along with the corresponding budget for the selected wedding, with all necessary component breakdowns.
• Research & Vendor Coordination: We’ll spend time researching elements to include in your virtual walkthroughs along with the initial vendor coordination needed to draft accurate budgets.
• Subcontractor Introductions: Shaun will accompany you to all necessary appointments to meet our subcontractors before your wedding. This includes; your engagement shoot, catering tasting, and decor mock ups throughout your engagement.
• One Agreement, Simple Billing: Because all subcontractors will be contracted and billed through us, you know exactly how much you can expect to be billed from us and on what date throughout your wedding planning experience.
• 12-hour email & text response guarantee: Get timely responses to your questions and concerns.
• Protected Wedding: Your initial non-refundable retainer also covers your wedding celebration by covering the cost of Loss of Deposits Insurance, Photography & Videography Insurance, and Cancellation & Postponement Insurance
• RSVP management: Keep track of your guests' responses and make sure everyone is accounted for.
• Ceremony Rehearsal: Our team will coordinate and direct your wedding ceremony rehearsal at some point during the week of your wedding, if getting married in a house of worship, we’re onsite in a supportive role to the staff and volunteers at the religious space.
• 30-day, 7-day, 2-day vendor confirmation calls: Confirm all of your vendors' details and requirements in the days leading up to your wedding.
• Wedding planner onsite for 8 hours: Shaun will be on hand to help with setup, coordination, and troubleshooting on your wedding day.
• Event manager onsite for 10 hours**: At least 1 additional event manager will be present on your wedding day to assist the wedding planner, additional support will be communicated as needed prior to the wedding day.
• Wedding day timeline creation: Create a timeline that outlines the key events and activities on your wedding day.

Service starts with a $5500 retainer
Ongoing support is reflected in a 5-15% markup on all subcontractor invoices passed onto the client, never exceeding published retail pricing available by the vendor. Additionally, the client can expect a wedding day labor invoice to settle additional Shaun Gray Events team members present to coordinate your wedding day, 30 days before the wedding date.

We understand that planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful. That's why we created this Lite wedding planning service, similar to what others call ‘month-of wedding coordination”, designed to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. The Lite offering includes the following:
• Up-to-Speed Consultation at Venue: Shaun will conduct an up-to-speed consultation at your venue to get a better understanding of your vision and what's possible at the location.
• Floor Plan Drafting: We'll create a detailed floor plan, ensuring every aspect of your wedding is planned down to the last detail.
• Vendor Agreement Reviews: Vendor agreements can be overwhelming, but with our package, you'll have the peace of mind of knowing that we'll review all vendor agreements on your behalf. Ensuring no important details get missed.
• 12 hour email & text response guarantee: We offer a 12 hour email and text response guarantee, so you'll always be able to reach us with any questions or concerns.
• 30 day, 7 day, and 2 day vendor confirmation calls: To ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day, we'll make 30 day, 7 day, and 2 day vendor confirmation calls. This will help us ensure all vendors are on the same page and ready to deliver on their promises.
• Wedding Planner and Event Manager onsite for 10 hours: On the day of your wedding, you'll have both a wedding planner and event manager onsite for 10 hours each, providing you with the support and guidance you need to make your special day perfect.
• Wedding Day Timeline Creation: We'll create a detailed wedding day timeline to ensure every aspect of your wedding goes according to plan.
• Vendor Rented Items returned: Our package also includes the return of any vendor rented items, so you don't have to worry about coordinating that on your own.
